Aylsham Community Gym

A not-for-profit community organisation, run by its members providing a service to the Aylsham community. Membership for over 19s is £22 per month. Joint membership (two adults) £38. Youth Membership 13 - 19 £10 per month. This includes an assessment by one or our qualified trainers, who will discuss with you any medical issues you may have, and what you wish to achieve. We also take referrals from local GPs via 'Broadly Active'. Ask at your surgery. You will be given a personalised fitness programme designed to improve your strength, balance, coordination and fitness.
